Family Offices

The Desk

Most family offices have an accidental travel coordinator. Usually an EA, a chief of staff, or an analyst who is excellent at something else, spending Thursday afternoon on a schedule change that never appears on any line of the budget.

OUIJETS takes the role off your desk. One standing brief covers the household: aircraft standards, dietary and medical notes, security posture, and who may approve what. It is written once, kept current, and applied to every booking without being re-explained.

A named advisor holds the file, with a second who knows it. Aircraft are priced against the market and checked for safety and insurance. Fifteen preferred hotel houses are held in our name, so rates and upgrades are in place before the booking lands. Ground is briefed in advance, in the cities you use most.

Discretion is a process rather than a promise. Household information reaches a supplier only to the extent a booking requires it, mutual non-disclosure is standard rather than something you have to ask for, and your office sets the ceiling an advisor may commit without sign-off.

Itineraries, confirmations and costs come back as one pack, itemized by leg, with a single consolidated invoice. Your coordinator gets their week back.

Oui Membership is annual and open by introduction. If your office is spending real hours on travel, that is the conversation.
