Singapore sits just north of the equator, so the temperature is the same every month and only the rain changes. February to April is the driest stretch. November to January is the wettest, under the north-east monsoon. Afternoon storms are normal all year and rarely last long.

Changi is the best-connected airport in Asia and Seletar handles private aircraft closer to the city. For OUIJETS members Singapore is usually the hinge in a longer trip rather than the trip itself: two or three nights before Bhutan, the Maldives, Bali or Japan.
