Wellness Escapes
Twelve months, seven continents, and a different reason to travel each time. Antarctic silence in January, the Cape in September, the Maldives in November — each chosen for its season rather than its brochure, with the retreat, the practitioner and the flight arranged before you arrive.

January – April
January — Antarctica. Expedition silence at the peak of the season: cold water, long light and no signal.
February — South America. Patagonia in high summer, walking Torres del Paine from a lodge inside the park.
March — Oceania. New Zealand's Southern Alps at the end of summer, hiking and cold-water swimming.
April — Asia. Kyoto for the blossom, then the onsen at Ise-Shima.

May – August
May — Europe. Lake Geneva and Lake Lucerne, the Swiss clinics at their quietest before summer.
June — Europe. Iceland under the midnight sun, geothermal water and lava-field walking.
July — Europe. The Dolomites at altitude, forest air and long light above Bressanone.
August — North America. Aspen and the Canadian Rockies, thin mountain air and cold rivers.

September – December
