Deposit Requirement A deposit is required to secure a booking, with the amount varying based on the trip’s nature. For tours requiring full payment in advance, the total cost will be included in the booking deposit and treated as a cancellation fee if applicable.
Balance Payment The remaining balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks prior to the departure date. For bookings made less than 12 weeks before departure, the full price is due at the time of booking. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation and applicable cancellation charges.
Non-Payment Consequences
If the balance remains unpaid 12 weeks before the departure date, OUIJETS reserves the right to withhold travel documentation and treat the booking as canceled, with cancellation charges applied.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy All cancellation or amendment requests must be sent in writing to info@ouijets.com and will take effect only upon receipt by OUIJETS.
Amendments by You If, after receiving our booking confirmation, you wish to modify your travel arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee this will always be possible, subject to your right to transfer as outlined below. Amendment requests must be submitted in writing by the lead booker. You may incur an administration charge, in addition to any costs OUIJETS incurs in making the amendments. If we cannot accommodate the amendments and you choose to cancel, cancellation charges may apply.
Transfers
You may transfer your booking to another person who meets all conditions of your travel contract, provided we receive at least seven days’ written notice from you. You will be responsible for any additional fees, charges, or costs resulting from the transfer, which we will communicate before processing. An amendment fee of $80 will apply for each transfer. You and the transferee will be jointly liable for the remaining balance and any additional costs. For assistance with transfers or amendments, please contact our team, who will advise on applicable charges.
Cancellations by You You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time before the package begins. Cancellation takes effect upon OUIJETS’ receipt of your written notification. We accept cancellation notices via email, assuming the sender is the lead booker unless otherwise indicated. Cancellation charges vary based on the notice period and reflect our reasonable costs of terminating the contract, considering expected cost savings and potential alternative use of travel services.
If you cancel more than 12 weeks before the departure date (i.e., before the balance due date), the cancellation charge is typically the deposit amount (including any increased deposit for scheduled flights), though it may be higher. Cancellations after the balance due date incur higher charges, varying due to the complexity of our itineraries. Charges increase closer to the departure date and may reach 100% of the booking cost. Contact us for specific cancellation charges, which can be provided before or during booking. If your cancellation is covered by travel insurance, you may recover some or all charges; consult your insurer. Refunds for cancellations will be paid to the lead booker within 14 days.
Amendments and Cancellations by OUIJETS We may amend your proposed trip before issuing the booking confirmation and will notify you of any changes affecting your booking. After confirmation, minor changes may occur, and we will inform you accordingly. If we must significantly alter the main characteristics of your travel services or cannot fulfill accepted special requirements due to circumstances beyond our control (“Significant Change”), we will notify you promptly. Within the specified period, you may: (i) accept the changes; or (ii) terminate the contract without cancellation charges.
If you terminate, you may accept a substitute package if offered. If the changes or substitute package result in lower quality or cost, you are entitled to an appropriate price reduction. If you terminate without accepting a substitute, we will refund the full amount within 14 days. While we strive to avoid cancellations, we reserve the right to cancel your trip, offering comparable or better alternative arrangements. If only lower-quality options are available, we will provide a price reduction. If no alternative is possible, we will issue a full refund promptly.
We may cancel without liability if prevented by Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances, provided we notify you promptly before the package begins, or if the minimum number of participants is not met, with notification 26 days before the package starts.
Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances are situations beyond a party’s control, where consequences could not be avoided despite reasonable measures. These include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, airport or airspace closures, air traffic management decisions causing significant delays or cancellations, serious security issues (e.g., riots, civil unrest, or terrorism), industrial disputes, technical or maintenance issues with transport or equipment, power failures, health risks (e.g., disease outbreaks), natural or nuclear disasters, fire, flood, drought, earthquake, adverse weather, or Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office advisories against travel to a destination.

OUIJETS will provide essential information regarding passport, visa, and health requirements for your trip. Most countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Please contact us for specific details. Ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring that you and your party have all necessary travel documents and visas before departure.
Compliance with health requirements for your destination is critical. You must ensure that you and your party meet all health formalities. OUIJETS will not be liable if you or any member of your party is denied entry or transportation due to incorrect documentation or non-compliance with health requirements.
If you or any member of your party has a disability, reduced mobility, or medical condition, please inform us before booking. We will arrange appropriate accommodations to ensure your safety and comfort. Your health and mobility information will be used solely for booking purposes and shared with travel providers as necessary, in accordance with our privacy policy.
Certain trips or activities may have age restrictions for safety or insurance reasons. We may request the ages of your party to confirm suitability.

Special Requests

Excursions and Activities
Excursions or activities included in your trip’s price and listed in our booking confirmation form part of your package contract with OUIJETS. We will exercise reasonable skill and care in selecting suppliers for these services. However, excursions or activities purchased directly from local suppliers or third parties during your trip are not part of our contract. Your agreement for such services will be with the supplier or third party, subject to their terms and conditions. OUIJETS is not liable for the performance of these excursions or activities.
Documentation
We aim to send tickets, hotel vouchers, and final trip information via email approximately two weeks before your departure. Once these documents are sent, OUIJETS is not responsible for any loss unless caused by our negligence. If tickets or other documents must be reissued, you will be responsible for all associated costs.

To process and fulfill your booking, OUIJETS collects personal information, including your name, address, email, phone number, details of traveling party members, and any special needs, health conditions, mobility issues, or dietary preferences. To meet specific requirements, such as accommodating medical conditions or reduced mobility, we or our travel suppliers may request additional details, with your explicit consent to collect and share this information with relevant suppliers.
We may share your personal information, including health and mobility details, with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, or destination management companies as necessary to fulfill your booking.
